These Terms of Service govern your use of Rotat8 ("the Service"), a web application for managing grassroots football matches. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Rotat8 is currently in invite-only beta. Access requires a valid activation code. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your account or activation code with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Upload malicious content or attempt denial-of-service attacks

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within the Service is owned by Rotat8 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotat8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify active users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
