Every match you manage is saved with a full log of substitutions, goals, and scorers. Browse your match history at any time, share results, and pull together the kind of end-of-season picture that's normally impossible to piece together from memory.
Carding & Disciplinary Tracking
Log yellow and red cards for your own players and the opposition during the match. A second yellow card automatically marks a player as sent off. Card tallies carry into player career stats, giving you a full disciplinary record across the season.
Training Planner
Plan full training sessions with 70 drills across small-group, medium-group, and large-group categories. Organise drills into warm-up, main work, and cool-down phases with a built-in search and category filter. Each drill includes step-by-step instructions and an animated demonstration showing player movement.
Training Attendance

Spectator Mode

AI Assistant & Match Insights
The optional AI plan is coming soon from £8 per month. It includes a football coach assistant with supported team-management actions and voice chat, football training plans and live-match insights, football and rugby match reports, player summaries for both sports, football tournament summaries, and football-only rotation planning. Availability varies by sport and account.

Set up your squad once
Add your players — names, positions, numbers. You only do this once. Every match you run pulls from the same squad list, so there's no re-entering names every week.
Plan your line-up before kick-off
Use the formation planner to set your starting positions and map out your quarter rotations. Go into the match knowing who's on when, and who's coming off.
Track live from the sideline
Log goals and subs as they happen. Rotat8 keeps the time, tracks the minutes, and builds the full match report in real time. After the whistle — it's all there.
Android & iOS App
A fully native mobile app for Android and iOS is in development. Everything in Rotat8 — live match tracking, squad rotation, training planner, cards — built into a proper app with the speed and feel of a native experience.
